It was built on an open source framework and customized to fit the local market demands, which includes the small, medium and large businesses.This application is commercially available on a periodic subscription basis, moving away from the conventional and costly software licensing fee model.

- Is it difficult to set up? Do I need to install this application?
- TamTamCRM is a cloud solution, thus there is no installation or configuration needed. You can immediately use the application by accessing the dedicated URL given to you after registration.

- Can I access TamTamCRM using my Smart Phone or Tablet?
- Yes, you can access TamTamCRM using your smart phone or tablet in two ways:
- You can access the web version by using a browser such as Chrome, Safari and others in your mobile device. You just need to key-in the URL, username and password and you can start using the web version as usual.
- Second option is to use the Mobile Application that we have developed for Android and IOS, which is accessible by Advance Package users. You are able to use this mobile application Online and Offline. You’ll have the option to sync the data from your TamTam account into your mobile device and you can access the stored data even without internet connection. If you have subscribed to other packages, you can upgrade to the Advance Package by calling us at 1-300-88-0131 or email at sales@tamtamcrm.com
- Yes, you can access TamTamCRM using your smart phone or tablet in two ways:
- Is there a trial account for TamTamCRM?
- Yes, we provide a 30-day free trial and you can register via our website http://www.tamtamcrm.com/register. You will receive your username, password and dedicated URL via email within 24-48 hours
- Is a long term commitment required?
- No, TamTamCRM is a Pay-As-You-Go service. You can subscribe to TamTamCRM for as-short-as 3 months and renew your account as you wish.
- How do I make the payment?
- You can make online payment via our portal. You have the option to pay using your credit card or direct transfer from your bank account. Our payment gateway allows payment from Visa, MasterCard, MEPS, Maybank2U, Hong Leong Bank, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, WEB Cash, Alipay.com, Union Pay and Mobile Money.If you would require other methods of payment, kindly contact us directly
- Does TamTam provide training for new users?
- Yes, user and admin training is provided upon request. Please contact us for more details.
- What kind of support will I get from TamTam?
- We provide local support via email and phone in English and Bahasa Malaysia during working hours (9am-6pm, Monday to Friday).For any enquiries, subscribers may contact TamTamCRM Support Team at support@tamtamcrm.com or call our hotline at 1-300-88-0131.
- If I do not renew my account, how do I get back my data from TamTamCRM?
- To retrieve your data, you may contact us within 2 months after your account has expired. We will return your data in .csv and the original format of your documents. However, if you do not claim your data and we can’t get any replies from you, we will delete your data after 2 months.
- How can we take part in the SME Rebate Program?
- The Rebate Program is called the SME Cloud Computing Adoption Program, organized by MDeC. To take part in this program, local SMEs just need to subscribe to any of TamTamCRM packages and claim the amount spent, up to RM1500 from MDeC.
- What are the requirements needed to claim under the SME Cloud Computing Adoption Program?
- The requirements are:
- SME registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia / Registrar of Business
- SMEs can only claim under this program once
- SMEs must commence subscription from 1 January 2013 – 31 December 2013
- SMEs must have a valid audited account
- SMEs must have 5 or more full-time employees

- Where can I get the claim form?

- We will also email the form to customers after they have subscribed to TamTamCRM Packages

- How soon can I get the claim from MDeC after subscribing to TamTamCRM?
- About 4 to 5 weeks after MDeC has received the complete form and original payment receipt. Upon MDeC’s approval, the claim will be transferred directly into your company bank account.
